do this in order
01
stop + save proof
- Take a shot of every warning screen.
- Write down your handle, time and stated reason.
- Pause any tool that can post for you.
- Save every case ID and support reply.
02
make one honest public post
- Say what happened and when.
- Say why the account matters to you.
- If you made a real mistake, own it.
- Ask for a manual review. Give people one link.
no fake drama. no private IDs. no guessing.
03
ask for a human
- Use the appeal button if Threads shows one.
- If you have Meta Verified, open support in the Instagram or Facebook mobile app.
- Say: “This is about Threads, not Instagram.”
- Ask them to add full notes and request a manual review.
04
rally people around one ask
- Share one public post, not ten loose updates.
- Ask friends to reply, repost and tag official accounts.
- Keep it calm. Do not spam, threaten or harass.
05
wait, then follow up
- My support rep said to wait a few hours.
- If an appeal appears, use it once with the same facts.
- If it does not, return with your case ID and saved notes.
- When you are back: save proof, thank people and diversify.
